Oofa on Earth: Origin of the Portalusa
98 B.M
The wind was rustling through the trees of the Muji Valley, and the Wikalow hermits were clutching onto the branches of the trees. The Autumnusa winds had returned to this side of Mewpurrter.
A small Oofa was clutching onto a tree for dear life, as ki-turkeys rushed past towards the Muji mountains. This oofa, named Michemoofa, was a scientist researching the floating trees of the Muji Valley.
These floating trees were always about a foot away from the ground, and no one knows where they came from. They were unlike any other trees on Mewpurrter, they always grew light pink blossoms each spring, and they're leaves always turned into a bright yellow color, almost like the Z on Emperor Zoofusa’s Crown.
After the ki-turkeys passed, Michemoofa spotted a tree with bright yellow leaves on its branches. He trudged toward it, and saw the empty, foot long space beneath it. It was a floating tree! He set up his cameras, and he observed the tree from all sides. He looked at the bottom side of the trunk, the trunk itself, and then he climbed the tree.
In the branches, he saw a small, red…… thing. He picked it up and looked at it.
“What the heck is this thing?” he said.
He also saw a little purple gem, so he picked it up. He thought the two might do something special, so he put them together. Both objects became hot, and Michemoofa dropped them in pain. The Red thing grew and grew until it was the size of a tall oofa, and was elliptical in shape.
Michemoofa was very confused. It looked like a portal! He put a foot in, then took it out. Then he put his head in, and looked around. He saw a house, not really meant for an oofa, with a floating tree on each side. Except, the floating trees weren't floating! They were on the ground! Michemoofa stepped all the way in, and looked around at the place. Never in his 452 year life had he seen something like this! A strange looking house with not-floating floating trees, surrounded by other houses and other not-floating floating trees. He was also standing on a road, made of some unknown substance.
He looked back up and saw a creature, about the size as him, move closer. He hopped onto the grass. He walked over to one of those creatures that was sleeping, and felt it. It felt hard and cold, and it was see through in some places. Oh no! Was it dead! He heard a noise and looked up to see a large door like thing going up. And he saw……. Humans? Humans live here? They walked past him to the creature and got in the creature.
Gross thought Michemoofa.
The creature moved and got onto the road, and it ran away.
The scientist walked back through the portal, and was in the same tree as before. He took the portal and headed for his laboratory in the Oofa territory.
He put the portal in his laboratory, and headed straight for the Emperor’s Palace. He told Zoofusa about his discovery, and Zoofusa told him to explore it more. He went back to his lab and told some of his fellow scientists to help him with his research. They all entered the portal but the portal went to a different place in that world. They were outside a mountain, and there was a shaft with carts filled with jewels were coming in and out on tracks. The oofa scientists hurried into the mine, and took notes. The gems were the same type as the one from the tree!
They grabbed some of them to take to the Emperor and decided they would use the portal as a public attraction, and oofas everywhere went in to tell humans about Mewpurrter. This is the origin if the legendary Portalusa, and the origin of Emperor Zoofusa's floating purple amethysts. Michemoofa was rewarded with many of these gems, and became an oofa hero.
